This program is designed to help people dealing with skin issues. If you are dealing with acne, eczema, dandruff, psoriasis, or other skin issues, I know how frustrating it can be.

If you've read my story on the About Page, you'll know that I've dealt with severe eczema and as a teenager had acne. My heart goes out to you and I truly want to help you find a solution. That's why I've created the Beautiful Skin Program.

I found that a change in my diet produced beautiful results. I hope that it could be the same for you.

The Beautiful Skin Program is not designed to diagnose, treat or cure, but to be a tool in aiding with a healthy lifestyle. 

This program is also not intentionally to be used for weight loss, but weight loss could be a side effect of following a healthy diet like this plan offers.

If you are currently on medication and have noticed a change in your skin, it may be a side effect and this diet plan may not work as intended. 

If you are pregnant or breast feeding, please wait until your little bundle of joy is fully weaned before embarking on this, or any other nutrition plans.
